has been set-up to create a safe haven for wildlife to enjoy the open space of the Karoo.

Steeped in history and diverse wildlife, the game reserve encompasses more than 5000 hectares of pristine Karoo veld. ROAM is now a sanctuary for many of the species which historically roamed the vast Karoo plains. Set in a magnificent landscape ideal for world class photography, game and bird sightings and genuine eco-tourism.

Today ROAM offers traditional bush luxury accommodation in a 5-bedroom catered lodge and a seasonal 10 sleeper tented camp. Enjoy early morning game drives or for those who struggle to stay still for too long, there are a number of outdoor activities and adventures to choose from.
